  • 47 Congress St, Salem, MA 01970, United States
  • (978) 744-0300

The wonderful and caring team, always striving to do their best for their customers! A family atmosphere! Fast in and out. No wait in lines. As long as a person knows what they need. Eaton Apothecary techs are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff here is not well trained on returning calls and following thru on a request made in-store and was promised that I would be called back. 3 weeks later, still, no follow up phone call.

ATG (Google Rating: 3.1)

  • 50 Grove St, Salem, MA 01970, United States

The women working at ATG was awesome! Super friendly and just great customer service. I was short by a dollar, and she just helped me out on getting my items. I never asked for her name, but I definitely appreciate her.

The staff has no idea what they’re doing, like the Blind leading the Blind. I called in early for same day pick up and was told no problem waited four hours and went to pick up the prescription; they had no clue about my request. I complained and got the brush off.

The Village Pharmacy (Google Rating: 5.0)

  • 1 Village Plaza, Marblehead, MA 01945, United States
  • (781) 631-8100

Terrible customer service! Their prices were the only reason I was coming, but after missing 2 appointments because I had to wait hours for refills and I’m waiting at The Village Pharmacy is ridiculous! Never ever are my prescriptions ready even when I call a day ahead or when given time to pick up my meds. The staff was never friendly either.

Sara is the world’s greatest employee. She sees me coming and gets my prescriptions ready. I’d love to have 100 employees just like her. It’s easy to see. She takes pride in what she does and cares about her clients.
